How to reset fingerprints after Toshiba restores the system:

Click Start => Control Panel => User Account

Click to manage other accounts

Click to create a new account

Enter the user name and select "Administrator", click Create Account

Log in to the system with the newly created administrator account and open the fingerprint software

Enter the Windows password and click Next

Click on the lower left corner to delete all

< p> In the pop-up dialog box, select to delete all user fingerprint data and click OK

At this point, you can switch back to the original account and reset the fingerprint
